Despite a gluttonous weekend in wine country, I ran every day. I even managed to fit in a beautiful 4 mile run through downtown Morro Bay on Sunday morning. I ran from our cute hotel:

Tomorrow morning, I am heading to Camp Pendleton to participate in the YMCA Mud Run.
