I'm not quite over my injuries yet. But when I'm ready to start running again, I am taking up barefooting.
If you have ANY interest in the subject, and LOVE the scientific explanations of why certain things are good for you, I highly suggest this book. The evolutionary theory alone was fascinating. So much of this book resonated with me.
It even made re-learning how to run sound like fun!
